What is the shipping process&time?
We will have processing time and shipping time .
- Processing: Your order is in the hands of our team for fulfillment. If all items are in stock, the typical processing time is 3 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Shipped: Good news! Your order has been packed and is en route to you. We will send the tracking number to you via email. Keep in mind that it may take some time for the tracking information to show up in the courier's system to reflect any movement.
- Shipping time: Standard shipping (4-8 Business Days): $8.99 to US/Canada.
Express shipping (2-3 Business Days): $19.99 to US/Canada.
How to track my orders?
If you have an account:
- Log in to your Alarita account.
- Go to "My Orders" to check your order's status.
- Once your order is packed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to monitor the shipment's progress until it reaches you.
If you don't have an account:
No problem! You can create an account using the same email address you used to place the order, and your order will automatically appear under "My Orders." Tracking numbers are sent out as soon as your order is packed and ready to go. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking number to become active in the courier's system. If your order was packed on the weekend, it will be updated on the next available business day.
What is the return policy?
Please refer to the following guidelines to determine if your purchased items are eligible for return. We offer a complimentary 30-day return service to customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable. It's important to note that a return shipping fee of $20 applies to returned items. These return shipping charges will be subtracted from your refund amount. The return window commences on the day of delivery or pickup.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must remain in their original condition, showing no signs of wear or damage.
- Items returned by mail must include all original packaging, including tags, boxes, and pouches.
- Sets of items must be returned as complete sets; individual items from a set cannot be refunded, exchanged for store credit, or exchanged for a different size.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Please be aware that the original shipping fee is non-refundable and will be subtracted from the refund amount.

- Australia, Canada, US, and Australia: $20
- Other International Countries: $30
